Quilting Day 2

So, I'm half way through the first block!  I was going to try finishing it, but then I burned the pizza, so I thought maybe I should be done with scissors for the night LOL  

I made pizza for the first time tonight  :)  It burned in the spots toward the bottom top of the crust, where the cheese was thin.  It didn't even BURN burn, but it still set the smoke alarm off!  Yay!  Of course, this was all after the Moose had been asleep for about an hour. so it woke her up in the most horrible way.  Poor baby, she wouldn't stop crying until both of us were there holding & hugging her.  After we comforted her a few minutes, she breastfed a bit and was pretty easily calmed after that.  She cried out for a minute as soon as I let go of her, but she quit as soon as the door was shut.
