After 3 1/2 looooooong years, I am finally free of braces! Not suspenders, but those horrid metal brackets that were bonded to my teeth for far too long. It is pure magic! OK, not really, but pretty darned close - it feels LOVELY to run my tongue along my teeth & not get it stuck in or pinched by a sharp end of errant metal wire.
Sadly, I'm not able to jump into eating caramel apples quite yet (teeth are still rather tender from having the those brackets pried off). I can't wait to be eat an apple that doesn't have to be cut up first!
